Jack White’s “Boarding House Reach” Debuts At Number 1 On Billboard 200

Jack White‘s Boarding House Reach is the number-one album on this week’s Billboard 200. White’s third solo effort debuts at the top of the chart with a total of 124,000 equivalent album units, 121,000 of which were traditional album sales. Boarding House Reach the second-biggest album sales week for 2018, following Justin Timberlake’s most recent release, Man of the Woods. Boarding House Reach is also the best-selling week for a rock album since U2’s Songs of Experience in 2017. The success of Boarding House Reach are in part driven by the concert ticket and album bundle for White’s upcoming tour, kicking off April 19 in Detroit. Redeeming the album included in your ticket purchase counts as one sale.
